A cornerstone of Girl Scouting, the seven legacy badges build on over 100 years of Girl Scout history. Each of these badges (Artist, Athlete, Citizen, Cook, First Aid, Girl Scout Way, and Naturalist) are available at five levels of Girl Scouting, from Brownie to Ambassador. 

 

There are also all sorts of new badges, geared for each level, aimed at things girls love to do such at STEM, outdoor experiences, enterprise, community service and much more.

 

For example, if you are a Cadette, here are some of the Badges that you may earn:

Journeys help girls explore new things. As a troop, girls will do the following: identify a problem, brainstorm and create a solution that can make a difference, work together to create a plan, put their plan into action and then reflect as a group. Every girl scout level has different Journeys to choose from that include a sustainable Take Action project that will help the girls get started!
